Commerce Center Redevelopment

Mixed-use redevelopment of a shopping center at the corner of Bradley Rd. & Sherman Blvd.

The mostly vacant Commerce Center shopping mall sits on a former commercial corridor within the Village. 

A mixed-use development has been proposed for the site.

The site plan for the mixed-use development that recently received Village approvals.  The development consists of ____ sq. ft. of commercial/retail space housed in two buildings, and ____ condominium units throughout ___ buildings.

Construction of the two commercial buildings adjacent to the intersection is scheduled to begin this fall.  The first phase of condo development is scheduled for summer, 2007.
