FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY
The Friends of the Brown Deer Library meet in the Library Community Room at 7:00 PM, the Second Thursday of January, March, May, July, September, and November. The largest event sponsored by the Friends of the Library is the annual Library auction to help raise funds for Library purposes. The Friends also accept donations throughout the year for Library purposes.

Brown Deer Library recieves a check donation from the Golden Living Center towards the enhancement of the Alzheimer’s, Nursing Home, and Aging issues areas of the collection. Items in this area includes; book. (both regular and large print), audiobooks, and dvds. Items will be featured in a display after they arrive.
