PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special joint meeting will be held before the Planning Commission and Village Board on Monday, August 28, 2000, at 7:00 p.m., at the Brown Deer Middle School, 5757 West Dean Road, Brown Deer, Wisconsin, at which time and place the following items will be considered and possibly acted upon:
I. Roll Call
II. PUBLIC HEARING
A) In the Matter of a Conditional Use Permit for Multiple Family Housing in the R-4 Single Family Attached and Multiple Family Residence District: Glen Eagle Apartments 9000 Block of North Park Plaza Court
III. Planning Commission Action
A) Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit to Brisben Companies for the Construction of Glen Eagle Apartments in the 9000 Block of North Park Plaza Court
IV. Planning Commission Adjourns
V. Possible Recess into Closed Session
(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
