Planning Commission and Village Board

Monday, May 14, 2001

Village Hall, Room 100, 7:30 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a joint meeting of the Plan Commission and the Village Board will be held at the Village Hall, 4800 West Green Brook Drive, Brown Deer, Wisconsin, at which time and place the following items will be considered and possibly acted upon:

I. Roll Call

II. PUBLIC HEARING

A) US Cellular Petition for a Conditional Use Permit for Cellular Antennae and A Ground Installation on the Water Utility Stand Pipe , 4290 West Calumet Road.

B) Ordinance Changing the Name of Woods Drive to Woods Circle in the Donges Woods Subdivision

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE TAKEN UP BY THE PLAN COMMISSION

III. Unfinished Business

A) Recommend Approval Of The Business Planned Development Project Plan For The Expansion Of The Market Place At Brown Deer, Requested By JDN Realty Corporation.

B) Recommend Approval of Supplemental Development Agreement No. 4 For The Expansion Of The Market Place At Brown Deer, Requested By JDN Realty Corporation.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE TAKEN UP BY THE VILLAGE BOARD

A) Approve The Business Planned Development Project Plan For the Expansion of The Market Place At Brown Deer, Requested by JDN Realty Corporation.

B) Approve the Supplemental Development Agreement No. 4 For the Expansion of The Market Place At Brown Deer, Requested by JDN Realty Corporation.

VII. Report of Staff/Commission Members

A) Consider Offer of the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Plan Commission to brief Village Officials on the Freeway Reconstruction Study

VIII. New Business

A) Site Plan Approval for Day Camp Campsite Improvements, requested by YMCA of Metro Milwaukee– Schroeder Branch, 9250 North Green Bay Road.

B) Recommend Conditional Use Permit Approval for Hadassah Upscale Resale, a Resale Shop on the Property Located at 7701 North Teutonia Avenue, Requested by Mr. James Bertram, Property Owner.

C) Set June 4th Public Hearing Date For A Conditional Use Permit for Hadassah Upscale Resale at 7701 North Teutonia Avenue.

D) Recommend Conditional Use Permit Approval for An Ameritech DSL Ground Installation Within a Private Easement on Lot 58, Donges Woods Subdivision, Requested by Richard Bickler for Donges Woods, LLC.

E) Set June 4th Public Hearing Date For A Conditional Use Permit For An Ameritech DSL Ground Installation, Lot 58, Donges Woods Subdivision.

F) Recommend Discontinuance Of the Pavement Of That Portion of North 54th Street At the Crossing of Southbranch Creek, Requested by Staff.

G) Recommend Plan Commission Application Fee Schedule, requested by Staff.
