A) Consider Recommending An Amendment to Chapter 10-10.06 Plan Commission Jurisdiction.
VI. New Business
A) Consider Recommending An Amendment to the Planned Development Plan and Agreement for Continental Bank for a Parking Lot Addition at 4335-37 West River Lane, Zoned Original Village Planned Development.
B) Consider Recommending An Amendment to the Municipal Code, Chapter 1, Section 2-7.01 Jurisdiction, and Chapter 2, Section 1-1.01 Purpose Re. the Jurisdiction of the Plan Commission.
C) Consider Recommending the Creation of Chapter 2, Section 1-1.08 General Requirements Re. the Jurisdiction of the Plan Commission.
