PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Brown Deer Plan Commission will be held at the Village Hall of the Village of Brown Deer, 4800 West Green Brook Drive, Brown Deer, Wisconsin at the above noted time and date, at which the following items of business will be discussed and possibly acted upon:

VI.        Business Items:

 

A)     Certified Survey Map proposal for division of Outlot 1 in Cloverleaf Estates East (9393 N. 51st Street), requested by Barry Schulman for Ed Krohn.

B)      Conditional Use Permit application to allow a Beer Garden at 7651 N. Teutonia Avenue, requested by RJP Development for M & G’s Bar and Grill.

C)     Conditional Use Permit application to allow a Convenience Store and Public Garage at 4730 West Bradley Road, requested by Walter Koceja.

D)     Conceptual discussion about amending Chapter 7, Article 7, of the Brown Deer Village Code, to update Off-Street Parking and Off-Street Loading requirements

E)      Ordinance amending Section 2-7.04 of Volume 1, Chapter 2, Article 7, of the Brown Deer Village Code to change the meeting time for the Plan Commission

F)      Consideration of development of new Tax Incremental Financing District

 

VII.      Recess into Closed Session pursuant to §19.85 (1)(e) Wisconsin Statutes for the following reasons:

 (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.

                        1. Discussion of Park Plaza Court Request for Proposals

 

VIII.     Reconvene into Open Session for possible action on Closed Session Deliberations.
