PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting will be held before the Village Board on Monday, November 27, 2000, at 7:00 p.m., at the Brown Deer Middle School, 5757 West Dean Road, Brown Deer, Wisconsin, at which time and place the following items will be considered and possibly acted upon:

I. Roll Call

II. PUBLIC HEARING

A) In the Matter of an Application by Brisben Companies, Inc. For a Conditional Use Permit for Multiple Family Housing in the R-4 Single Family Attached and Multiple Family Residence District: Glen Eagle Apartments 9000 Block of North Park Plaza Court

1. Call to Order, Introductions, and Rules of Order Village President Wolfgram

2. Reason for the Second Public Hearing and Role of the Village Board - Village Attorney

4. Public Comments. Speakers are asked to walk up to a microphone, and identify themselves by name and address for the record. Questions shall be directed through the Village President.

III. Possible Recess into Closed Session pursuant to '19.85 (1) (g) Wisconsin Statutes for the following reasons:

(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
