PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Brown Deer Village Board will be held on the 6th day of November, 2000, at 7:30 P.M. at the Village Hall of the Village of Brown Deer, 4800 West Green Brook Drive, Brown Deer, Wisconsin at which time and place the following items of business will be discussed and possibly acted upon:

A) Acceptance of Watermain Dedication and Easement Agreement for Brown Deer Senior Housing

B) Resolution in the Matter of Furnishing Water Service to Eric Hill at 4448 West County Line Road in the City of Mequon

C) First Amendment to Declaration of Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions of Brown Deer Estates Subdivision

VIII. Recess into Closed Session pursuant to '19.85 (1) (g) Wisconsin Statutes for the following reasons:

(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.

IX. Reconvene into Open Session for Possible Action on Closed Session Deliberations
