PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Brown Deer Village Board will be held at the Village Hall of the Village of Brown Deer, 4800 West Green Brook Drive, Brown Deer, Wisconsin at the above noted time and date, at which the following items of business will be discussed and possibly acted upon:

A)        Consider an Amendment to a Conditional Use Permit for Extended Hours of Operation at the Hospitality Child Day Care, Inc., 4323 West Bradley Road

V.                 Consideration of Minutes:         December 15, 2003 – Regular Meeting

 

VI.              New Business

 

A)        Conditional Use Permit for Extended Hours of Operation at the Hospitality Child Day Care, Inc., 4323 West Bradley Road

B)        Indemnity Agreement between Badger Meter, Inc. and the Village of Brown Deer for Use of Street Light Poles

C)        Consider settlement of Brisben lawsuit and acquisition of Park Plaza Court real estate from BDGE partnership. (This matter will be considered under Item XI below).

D)        Consider Resolution authorizing borrowing to pay land acquisition costs. (This matter will be considered after closed session under Item XII below).

XI.              Recess into Closed Session pursuant to §19.85 (1)(e) and (g) Wisconsin Statutes for the following reasons:

 

Deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public property and conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. (Related to Item VII B above).
