Village of Brown Deer, Wisconsin Currently, the Village of Brown Deer has three active Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) Districts. The active districts are located in various parts of the Village. TIF District # 2 is located along Bradley Road from 55th Street to Teutonia Avenue and continues south on Teutonia to the Village border. TIF District # 3 is located along the north side of Brown Deer Road, between 68th Street and 55th Street. TIF District # 4 encompasses the Original Village area and continues south on Teutonia Avenue ending at Bradley Road. Click here for a map of the TIF Districts within the Village.
