The Planning and Zoning Department offers initial advisement and coordinates the review of all development proposals. The Planning and Zoning office also facilitates public input and reports to the Plan Commission which makes recommendations on all new plans, redevelopments, zoning changes, land divisions and code updates.
The Planning and Zoning Department also investigates and enforces all zoning code compliance issues.
