New Convenient Options to Pay Your Bills Available Now
The Village of Brown Deer has switched to a new online merchant, Invoice Cloud, that will improve efficiency of receiving and paying your utility bill, North Shore Health Department fees, parking tickets, Village Licenses, Building Department permits, and miscellaneous receivables. You are now able to view and pay your bill online, anytime from the device of your choice, set up automatic payments, go paperless, and more.
It's safe, simple, and secure
- Access and pay your bills electronically at your convenience
- Make a payment online, by phone, or by text with credit/debit card or e-check
- No registration required for one-time payment, although registration is encouraged
- There is no convenience fee charged to pay utility bill using Invoice Cloud
- Go paperless-receive bills, reminders, and receipts via email
- If you already have ACH payments or automatic payments through your bank, the switch to Invoice Cloud will not affect that

If you already have ACH payments or automatic payments through your bank, the switch to Invoice Cloud will not affect that.
Convenience Fees
There is no convenience fee for Utility payments.
Parking Citation Payments

Payments for parking tickets can be made by using Village of Brown Deer Invoice Cloud online payment portal.

A convenience fee for Parking tickets and other payments through Invoice Cloud are as follows:
For Credit/Debit card: 2.90%
For Electronic check: Flat fee of $1.50

Payments for Miscellaneous Receivables can be made by using Village of Brown Deer Invoice Cloud online payment portal.
Building Department Permits and Invoices
Payments for Building Department permits and invoices can be made by using Village of Brown Deer Invoice Cloud online payment portal.
Village Licenses
You have the ability to pay for Village licenses online through Invoice Cloud, but please note you must contact the Village Clerk for approval prior to making a payment. Failure to contact the Village Clerk may cause a delay in the application process regardless of payment status. The Village Clerk can be reached at 414-371-3050 or in person at Village Hall.

Payments for Village Licenses can be made by using Village of Brown Deer Invoice Cloud online payment portal.
Pet licenses and pet license payments CANNOT be made through Invoice Cloud. Visit Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Center (MADACC) to apply and pay for your pet license online. You can also apply and pay for your pet license in person at Village Hall. Click here for more information.
North Shore Health Department
Payments for North Shore Health Department services and fees can be made by using Village of Brown Deer Invoice Cloud online payment portal.
North Shore Environmental Health Consortium
The In addition to educating food businesses and inspecting food establishments, the North Shore Environmental Health Consortium provides many other services, including investigation of complaints and illnesses associated with food establishments, plan review/pre-occupancy inspections of new or remodeled food establishments, and food safety consultations for establishments. For health, food, pool, and lodging inspection services, permit fees, and invoices choose the North Shore Environmental Consortium option when using Village of Brown Deer Invoice Cloud online payment portal.

Regarding Traffic / Municipal Citation Payments
Driver's License Suspension / Reinstatement
If you paid your citation using Point and Pay you may be eligible to reinstate your driver's license with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The Municipal Court will electronically notify the DMV that your debt to the Village of Brown Deer has been satisfied. Within 24 to 48 hours of that notification, you may proceed with the request to reinstate directly with the DMV.
Warrant & Commitment Payment
If you paid for your warrant/commitment via Point and Pay, please be advised that the cancellation of the warrant/commitment will occur during the Brown Deer Municipal Court's regular business hours after posting your payment. To have your warrant/commitment canceled immediately please proceed with cash to the Brown Deer Police Department. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. They are closed on weekends and holidays.
Please Note: The court must receive payment from Point and Pay prior to releasing all Driver's License Suspensions, Warrants and Commitments. This can take up to 24 to 48 hours it is after this payment is received by the Brown Deer Municipal Court that you are eligible to proceed as indicated above.
Procedural questions regarding traffic or municipal citation payments should be directed to the Brown Deer Municipal Court at 414-371-3003. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.

Electronic Payments for Taxes
As part of our commitment to provide citizens with efficient, convenient service, the Village of Brown Deer has partnered with Point and Pay to offer payment of real estate taxes and personal property taxes over the internet.
Real Estate & Property Taxes
Pay your Village of Brown Deer Real Estate taxes and Personal Property taxes online or by telephone at 844-435-3983.
By using the Village of Brown Deer Web Portal, you will be directed to the Milwaukee County Landnav Web Portal for property taxes.
When you use your parcel number, please use all 10 numbers in the parcel number. Most Brown Deer properties will end in 000 or 001 and it is important to include the 000.
If you do not know your parcel number, click "More Search Options" and on the next page, enter the year you would like to pay and choose Village of Brown Deer in the Municipality drop-down menu. Put in only your house address numbers (ex. 1234), then hit "Search". Either only your parcel will appear, or there will be a list of properties at the bottom of the page. Locate your parcel and double click to open it, click on "Make an Online Payment" and proceed to pay your property taxes with your credit card.
Value Payment System accepts all credit cards, and electronic checks.
