EMERGENCY ORDER #11
March 23, 2020
On March 22, 2020, Governor Evers issued Emergency Order #11. This order temporarily suspends certain provisions of administrative code relating to service rules for electric, gas, and public water utilities. Impacts to the Brown Deer Public Utilities are as follows:
- The Utility will waive late fees for the duration of the emergency
- Ensure deferred payment agreements are available not only to residential customers but also commercial, multi-family, and industrial customers
