Water Utility

The Brown Deer Water Utility has received authorization to increase its rates from the Public Service Commission (PSC) of Wisconsin. The total rate increase is 13.19%, but customers may experience differing percentage increases based on water consumption patterns. The new rates  will go into effect starting with the 2021 Q1 billing cycle, which covers the period from December 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021.


If you have signed up for ACH payments and would like to discontinue, please complete the Discontinue ACH Form and email it back to waterclerk@browndeerwi.org.

Water Lateral Insurance

Recently residents of Brown Deer were mailed a water lateral insurance letter. The Brown Deer Water Utility is not affiliated with this company and does not endorse these types of requests. These letters may be mailed out quarterly.
